O’Brien’s Garage are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to jointheir growing After-Sales Department in their Ford Dealership in Mallow. Thesuccessful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similarrole with technical knowledge essential.

Roles & Responsibilities

The main roles & responsibilities will be to:

  • Manage & Organise Workshop schedule in a productive & efficient manner.
  • Meet & Greet inbound customers and liaise with them throughout duration of time their vehicle is in for service or repair
  • Monitor workshop productivity, efficiency and profitability and take corrective actions if necessary
  • Ensure that the Customers vehicle is ready for collection at the pre-agreed time.
  • Maintain and manage warranty debtors account and all warranty related paperwork and procedures in accordance with company and/or distributors policy
  • Insure accurate and up to date invoicing and payment from trade, credit & retail customers


Skills & Competencies

  • Strong Communication Skills with fellow work colleagues, customers, suppliers & the manufacturer.
  • Strong problem solving ability and resolve dissatisfied customer issues in a profession and empathetic manner
  • Work independently within the team to manage work flow effectively.
